Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with KinEdition. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1 p.m. ET on a business day usually ship the same day.

We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order ships. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military addresses may take 5–10 business days.

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we’ll email you a revised ship date and offer the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email info@kinedition.com within 1 hour of placing your order.

If a package is returned because of an address error, we’ll arrange reshipment once you confirm the correct address. A reshipping fee may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Not arrived: If your order has not arrived 10 business days after shipping, email us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Marked delivered but missing: Check around your delivery address and with neighbors, then allow 2 days for the package to arrive. If it is still missing, contact us. We’ll file a carrier claim and reship your order once at no cost.

Arrived damaged: Email us photos of the package and product within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
