Refund policy

We want our return and refund process to be clear. Below are the conditions for returning unopened products, reporting an issue, and receiving a refund.

Returns

You can return sealed, unopened jars within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened jars cannot be returned under our standard return policy. If your pet experiences a reaction, please follow the separate instructions below.

How to Start a Return

Email support@kinedition.com with your order number to request return instructions. Please contact us before sending any products back.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@kinedition.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll send a replacement or the correct item at no cost. Damaged items do not need to be returned.

If Your Pet Has a Reaction

Stop giving the product and call your veterinarian. Then email support@kinedition.com  with your order number and the lot number printed on the jar.

We’ll refund your order and share the report with our quality team. This is separate from our standard unopened-product return policy.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Most banks take another 5–10 business days to post the refund. If it has not appeared after that period, contact us for help.

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we made a mistake with your order.

Purchases From Other Stores

If you purchased KinEdition products from Amazon, Chewy, or another retailer, please follow that retailer’s return and refund process.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
