Our Alaskan Malamute came into our lives in 2011. His name was Prince.
What followed were fourteen years we didn't plan for. Chronic skin disease that required medicated baths just to keep him comfortable. Protein intolerances we spent years figuring out — until we switched to novel proteins and daily probiotics, and finally saw him stabilize. Three major knee surgeries. One night sitting outside a veterinary clinic, not knowing if he would make it through.
He did. But arthritis stayed with him for the rest of his life, and so did our daily supplement routine. Through all of it, we learned to read every label, trace every ingredient back to its source, and tell the difference between products that were serious and products that just looked serious.
Prince lived a long, full life. We won't pretend we have a simple explanation for that. But we know that every supplement we chose with care, every ingredient we questioned, every decision made with intention rather than convenience — those things mattered. We believe they added up.
